In Focus Photohraphers' Club Bordon, Hampshire. UK.

Who We Are
"In Focus Photographers Club"

The Club
We are a small, friendly photographers club with great photographic ambitions!. We are based in Bordon, Hampshire, UK and we usually meet at the Forest Community Centre on Pinehill Road in Bordon Hampshire on the first Saturday of the month. See any changes or update details of our next meeting below.

NEXT MEETING
Our next meeting is set for Saturday 5th March 2022.

In addition to the usual "Show and tell" of your own images, Chris P. will be giving a short "Live" demonstration on how to make 3D images with your phone or camera with online tools that was postponed from the previous meeting, due to covid.

THEME for March:
We have not set a theme for this month due to Covid digging its boots in so please bring in up to SIX images (On a USB stick) you would like to tell your story about.

UPDATE TO NOV 2021

Dave, gave a talk on how to add colour to black and white images in November. If you have forgotten the links to the 2 online sources. they are COLORIZER and is easy, just upload and 3 seconds later its done for you to download.

The second is COLORIZE who allow bigger images to be done but I have found that they may need additional work in an image editor for best results.

A free Proffesional windows and Mac app can be found HERE

As usual, if the specified theme doesn't inspire you, then feel free to bring along (On a USB stick) upto SIX photos you'd like to show. Additionally, members are invited to bring along prints on the theme (or any other subject) for display at the meeting.

Makeup of Members
Currently we are a group of 30+ people of all different levels of photographic and camera experience and expertise.

The main aim of the group is for people with an interest in photography to come together and discuss their photographs, learn from each other, discuss popular photography techniques and concepts and share ideas and motivate each other to get out there and take some beautiful photographs.

What Else Happens
As always, members may bring along some photographs, either of their own or from elsewhere, for critical comment by all present at the meeting. The photograph of course needs to be on a USB stick so that it can be projected or an A4/A3 Print.

Costs
Starting on the 6th of April 2019 the monthly membership fee will be £5.00 and is payable on the day to cover room hire and refreshments (tea, coffee and biscuits). This also includes a FREE complimentary raffle ticket for our monthly raffle with lots of unpredictable (!) prizes.
